Calling all dogs of Whyalla!
Celebrate International Dog Day at the Eyre Pantry as they turn one day into a whole Paw-fect Weekend on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 August 2026.
Bring your four-legged mate along to the Eyre Pantry's dog-friendly alfresco deck for breakfast or lunch, where every dog visiting with someone purchasing a main meal will receive a FREE Puppacino.
There's also the chance to take out the rather prestigious title of Eyre Pantry's Dog of the Year 2026.
Simply snap a photo of your dog during their visit and share it on social media, tagging @hoteleyre on Facebook or @eyrehotel on Instagram to enter. The Eyre team will also be taking photos of visiting dogs throughout the weekend, with their owners' permission.
At the end of the weekend, one furry visitor will be crowned Eyre Pantry's Dog of the Year 2026, winning a AUD50 Eyre Hotel voucher, a goodies hamper pack kindly gifted by Pets Domain Whyalla and their moment of fame on the Eyre Hotel socials.
Eyre Pantry serves breakfast from 6.30am–11am and lunch from 12pm–2pm.
Dogs are welcome in the designated alfresco area, under the supervision of their owner.
